Lenovo Device Unusable for 2 Months – Urgent Refund Request

I have been experiencing persistent overheating and freezing issues with my Lenovo LOQ 15IAX9 laptop since March 30, 2025. Although the device is under warranty, these problems have not been resolved, and I have been unable to use the laptop for approximately two months. Moreover, the device has been in technical service for the past two months and is not currently in my possession. I have sent the device to the authorized service center a total of three times in an attempt to resolve the issue. During the last service request, I submitted a refund request, which was unfortunately rejected. Throughout my communications with service and customer representatives, I have not received any satisfactory information. The representatives are unable to take action or provide detailed updates, and it has been impossible to reach someone with authority. My device has remained in technical service for two months, and this has significantly increased my inconvenience and frustration. I purchased the product with invoice number YST2025000000050. Due to all these unresolved issues and the extended service period, I am now formally requesting a refund for the device.
