Lenovo Yoga Laptop Keyboard Backlight Not Working
Approximately 3 months ago, the keyboard backlight of my laptop, which had only been in use for a month, spontaneously malfunctioned and stopped working. I sent it to the service center, and they returned it after repairing the issue without providing any explanations for the cause of the malfunction. In fact, I sent the device with a request for an exchange because a computer used for only a month should not independently develop such problems. However, in the end, they simply fixed the issue and returned the device to me without offering any alternatives. Now, after 3 months from that incident, the same problem has occurred again. I was told to send the device to the service. They claim that even a slight jolt during transportation can cause such issues with the keyboard backlight. If such a small vibration can lead to this malfunction, it raises the question of why this device was not initially designed as a stationary computer. The device, which is only 4 months old, is being sent for the second time to another city, and I don't know what might happen to it on the way to the service. The product clearly falls under the definition of defective. If a replacement with a new device is not offered this time, I will have to resort to Consumer Rights Protection Court.

The seller also identified the issue with my faulty device and decided to send it to service. However, I was told that when it arrived at the service center, there was no issue and the keyboard backlight was working. They say no action was taken and there was no problem. First of all, I do not believe this; the keyboard backlight was not working for days before I sent it to service. It cannot be true that no action was taken. This response is just an attempt to avoid acknowledging that the device is defective. I absolutely do not accept this and I am notifying that I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
