Lenovo TAB M10 Plus 3rd Gen Freezing-Slacking

From a major corporate store, I intended to buy a product cheaper but ended up getting a Lenovo TAB M10 Plus 3rd Gen (TB125FU, TB128FU, TB128XU) based on the Lenovo sales representative's recommendation. I set it up at home, and after updating to Android 13, the device exhibited freezing and stuttering upon accessing Apps and Settings. When I consulted the corporate store, they admitted to facing similar issues after the same update, assuring a resolution in future updates. Despite waiting for about a month, no resolution was provided. It's disturbing to witness this evident stuttering each time I use the device, especially considering I paid more for a device with these shortcomings. I've sent it for service three times through the corporate channel. Technicians confirmed no hardware issues but relayed the software problem to the Android section for a future fix. I want to return the device. It lacks smooth operation, and I haven't even loaded many applications onto it. Stand behind your product and take back your faulty goods.

The company responded to me in a short time. However, the answers I received were no different from the ones I got during the three times it went to the service. The customer service representative told me that if there is a hardware issue, yes, it would be refunded, but software is not our problem. When I looked at the box and the back cover of the device, it said Lenovo. I started researching to find the person who made the software. You are a problem-focused company, not a solution-focused one. I will never recommend Lenovo to myself or my surroundings again.

Additionally, the customer representative also informed me that if you want, you can return the device to the corporate company you bought it from without sending it to us... I am speechless at your suggestion. You wasted 3-4 minutes of my time.

The Consumer Arbitration Committee found the device to be faulty, and my issue was resolved with a refund in one year. Lenovo again? Never!
