
I purchased a Lenovo Yoga Slim from Teknosa, and it began freezing just a month after I bought it. The keyboard has completely stopped functioning, and even when I try to use a simple program like Word, the laptop just freezes up. I'm constantly having to shut it down and restart it, which makes it almost impossible to accomplish any work. When I reached out to Teknosa, they seemed completely uninterested in providing assistance. I sent the device to Lenovo’s technical service, but it was returned without any repairs or an explanation given. This experience has been quite frustrating, and I truly regret my choice of both the product and the retailer. I anticipated a higher level of service and product quality from these reputable brands. I hope others don’t encounter the same problems.
