My Lenovo Loq Gaming Laptop Freezes and Crashes During Games
I am absolutely furious and utterly betrayed by Teknosa and Lenovo! About five months ago, I bought a Lenovo Loq gaming laptop from Teknosa. Before purchasing, I specifically asked the sales representative if it could handle certain games I planned to play. They assured me it would run them "comfortably."
That was a complete lie! When I play those games, the laptop constantly freezes and produces a jarring "ddd dd ddd" sound. The entire system then crashes completely, the mouse cursor disappears, and the laptop won't even shut down properly. This isn't just an inconvenience; it makes the laptop utterly unusable for its primary purpose: gaming.
I relied on Teknosa's advice and Lenovo's supposed quality, and I've been left with a defective product. This is unacceptable for a gaming laptop that's only five months old. Lenovo and Teknosa, you need to take responsibility for selling me a faulty device. I demand a solution immediately, whether it's a full refund, a replacement that actually works, or a complete and proper repair. This is a critical issue that's ruining my gaming experience!
