Lenovo M7 Tablet Battery Issue Led to Unexpected Repair Cost and Extra Charges
My Lenovo M7 tablet wasn't charging, so I took it in for service. Since it was still under insurance, I thought it would be fixed right away. Instead, I was told that the battery was broken because of the high power and that it would cost ₺3500 to fix. It doesn't make sense because all of my other devices work fine when I plug them into the same port. They want to charge me ₺900 just to send the broken item back to me, which makes things even worse. This situation doesn't make sense to me, and it seems like they're trying to leverage it for their own gain. I will take this problem to the next level by making complaints with the right people.
