Lenovo LOQ 15IRH8 RTX 3050 Screen Stutters and Audio Desyncs
In September 2024, I purchased a Lenovo LOQ 15IRH8 8/512GB RTX 3050 laptop from the Teknosa store at Maltepe Park, paying approximately $790 for it. The device still has about two months of warranty remaining. Despite that, from day one I've been experiencing screen stuttering and audio desync issues, particularly while watching videos and playing games.
I sent the device to the service center a total of three times because of these issues — first on May 15, 2025, then on May 29, 2025, and most recently on March 12, 2026. On the first visit, I was told that a fault had been detected on the motherboard and that the faulty component had been replaced — yet when the laptop came back to me, the exact same problems continued. On the two subsequent service visits, the technicians simply reformatted the device and returned it to me stating it met "standard specifications." Even so, the screen stuttering and audio desync keep happening consistently, both during video playback and while gaming.
The device is currently with me and the problem still hasn't been resolved. I paid a significant amount of money for a laptop with an RTX graphics card at this level, and experiencing stuttering even during basic video playback is simply not acceptable. After three service visits, a motherboard replacement, and two reformats — all without any lasting improvement — I've come to the conclusion that a permanent fix is not going to happen through repairs alone. My Lenovo case number is 4018036376.
Due to these recurring faults and the failure of the service process to resolve them, I'm requesting either a full product replacement or a refund of the amount I paid. I want my situation resolved in a permanent way that genuinely addresses my grievance and reflects a customer-first approach.
