Lenovo LOQ 15IRH8 Freezing & Black Screen After BIOS Update

I purchased the Lenovo LOQ 15IRH8 (4050, i5-12450H, 8GB DDR5 RAM) in April this year, and after a recent BIOS update, my laptop has started experiencing severe lag, freezing, and crashes. Today, while gaming, the GPU stops working after just a minute, followed by colorful pixels, a black screen, and unresponsive mouse and keyboard—only the keyboard backlight stays on.

Forcing a shutdown and restarting doesn’t fix it—the screen remains blank. However, when I attempt a GPU reset (Win+Shift+Ctrl+B) and restart, the system sometimes works normally.

Is this a motherboard or GPU issue? Should I send it in for warranty repair? Would Lenovo replace the device if it’s unrepairable? I need immediate assistance to resolve this issue.
