Missha Glow Tone Up Sun Base SPF50 Caused Pimples and Comedones

I purchased the Missha Glow Tone Up Sun Base SPF50 sunscreen from Missha’s official online store approximately 1.5 months ago. I paid approximately $20 for the product, and from the very first time I used it, small white comedones and pimples started appearing all over my face. After my skin became like this, I have been experiencing significant physical and emotional distress.

I had never experienced this type of skin problem before, so I am extremely upset that a product I purchased with my own money has caused such a severe reaction to my skin. I currently have noticeable pimples and an uneven skin texture, and I do not know how to get my skin back to normal.

I ask Missha not to disregard the problems I have experienced and to provide an appropriate product that can help address the blemishes and pimples that have appeared on my face and is suitable for my skin. If that is not possible, I request a full refund of the purchase price. I expect Missha to handle this negative experience quickly and in a solution-oriented manner.
