I placed an order with Lefties, and even though 10 days have passed, my order hasn’t even been shipped yet. I want to cancel it, but the system gives an error every time I try. The app won’t let me cancel, and there’s no phone number or support line to help. I feel completely stuck and ignored. This lack of communication and support is frustrating and unacceptable. I’m asking Lefties to please take immediate action to resolve this issue, either by shipping my order promptly or allowing me to cancel it without further hassle. Customers deserve better service and proper assistance.
