Lefties Has Not Processed My Refund For 17 Days
My online order from Lefties, order number 90077934120, was picked up from the store on January 23; however, the sweatpants with product code 5049/307/959 included in my order were missing from the package. When I reported the issue to the store staff at the time of pickup, they told me that I needed to contact customer service and that a return or resolution could be handled that way. I then emailed customer service, but I only received an automated response, no solution was provided, and no follow-up was made. There is also no customer service phone number I can call, so I am unable to move the process forward. I request that the missing sweatpants with product code 5049/307/959 be sent to me, or that a refund be issued for this item, and that the inconvenience I experienced be resolved as soon as possible.
