Lee Jeans Denims Teared Apart in a Short Period

As I raised my leg while wearing Lee Jeans denim pants, the seam in the crotch area unexpectedly ripped. The store employees were dismissive, expressing doubt and disapproval, but ultimately agreed to return it. It's been approximately six weeks, and there has been absolutely no communication since then. If it's not covered by warranty, I want to make it clear that I am stating that separately. If you market your product as being reliable and hassle-free, make sure you back it up. I've worn denim pants before.
