Lee Wrangler Jeans Had Defects and Refund Denied
I purchased two pairs of Lee Wrangler jeans from the Marmara Park store, and both turned out to have defects. While trying them on at the store, I didn’t notice any issues, but one pair had a crooked hem, which was accepted for a return. However, the second pair has a fabric defect that they refuse to acknowledge. Despite explaining that I have not worn the jeans and that the defect is unrelated to wear or fit, customer representatives insist the issue isn’t valid for a return. This is unacceptable, especially when I was told at the time of purchase that the jeans come with a two-year warranty. I request an immediate resolution, either a refund or a replacement for the defective jeans.
