Lee Pants Deformation Issue: Poor Customer Service and Warranty Denial
I purchased a pair of pants from Lee, and they have become deformed. Although the warranty is still valid, when I requested the store to send them for inspection, they informed me that they could not assist because the purchase was made online. I was told that I needed to call customer service.
I called but, despite waiting patiently on hold for an hour, no one answered the phone. I cannot reach anyone, and there is no representative standing behind their products. I will never shop here again and will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Court regarding this situation.
