Ledger Nano X Device Not Working




After a long period of inactivity, I decided to use my Ledger Nano X again, only to encounter a series of problems. I've been having a hard time resolving the update issues and I'm still unable to download Ledger Live, even when using a different computer.
Adding to the chaos, when I plug in my USB Ledger Nano X, there are no indications of life - no lights, no signs of activity. The support steps on the website are lacking, and my requests for help seem to go unnoticed.
I need help urgently. Is there anyone available to offer assistance?
