I Can’t See Anything on My Ledger Nano S Screen – Device Won’t Power On

Hello, I’ve been using a Ledger Nano S hardware wallet for the past 3 years. I originally purchased and set it up without any issues, and I’ve since transferred all of my coins into this cold wallet for long-term storage. However, I’m now facing a major problem: the device no longer powers on.
When I connect my Ledger Nano S, there’s no display on the screen—no text, no logo, not even a backlight. The screen remains completely black, and the device appears unresponsive. I’ve tried using different cables and USB ports, but nothing has helped.
Now I’m left wondering: has the device completely failed? Do I need to buy a new Ledger Nano S, and if so, will I still be able to recover my assets with my seed phrase? This situation is extremely stressful since my entire portfolio is stored on this device, and I need urgent guidance from the support team.
