Ledger Nano S Screen Backlight Malfunctioned with Minimal Use – Requesting Support

The screen backlight on my Ledger Nano S crypto wallet has stopped working properly, even though I've used it minimally and connected it to my computer only a few times. The display is now barely visible, especially in low light, which is disappointing for a device meant to ensure the security of my assets.

I’d like to order a new Ledger, but I’m concerned about encountering the same issue again. I’m requesting support and guidance from Ledger on how to address this issue or a reassurance regarding product durability.
