My Alice Coin Was Stolen from Ledger Nano X and No One Is Helping Me Recover It

I’ve been using Ledger Nano X to securely store my crypto, but recently I discovered that my Alice Coin was transferred out of my wallet without my authorization. The rest of my funds are still there — only Alice Coin was taken.

I can clearly see the destination wallet address, so the transaction is traceable, yet no one from Ledger has provided any support or guidance on how to proceed. For a device that’s marketed as secure, this is extremely disappointing and concerning.

I urgently need help understanding what steps I can take to recover my stolen assets, or at the very least, investigate the incident. Ledger, I trusted your product — now I’m asking you to take accountability and assist me immediately.
