Promova Charged Without My Consent for an Unknown Subscription

I was shocked to discover that a charge of ₺1624.95 was made on my credit card under the name “iyzico-english-improve.” At first, I didn’t even recognize the company, since I have no active subscription or agreement with any service by that name. Only after receiving a follow-up email did I find out this charge was linked to Promova—an app I’ve never knowingly used or subscribed to.
This payment was made without my knowledge or permission. I did not sign up for any Promova subscription, I never authorized this charge, and I have not benefited from any of their services. This is a clear breach of trust and misuse of my financial information.
I demand that Promova immediately refund the full ₺1624.95 and ensure that no further unauthorized charges are made to my account. This kind of billing behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed urgently.
