On September 19, 2025, I sent back items from my LCW online order via Sürat Kargo to be returned. My return code is 459163930191. However, my products were lost during shipping, and I have not received any refund to date. Despite contacting customer service multiple times about my items totaling ₺1,554.00, I have received no response. I shipped the products fully in line with the return period and conditions. I request that this issue be resolved immediately and that my refund be processed without further delay.
