Sürat Kargo Lost My Packagge
On June 3, I sent a shipment from the Izmir Işıkkent Branch with tracking number 15611613378431, and it has been completely lost. The package contained shoes worth approximately ₺15,000, and I have the invoice. During this process, I contacted Sürat Kargo customer service multiple times, and each time I was told I would be called back, but I have yet to receive any response. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I request that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible and that my loss be compensated.
