Sürat Kargo Lost My Shipment And Branches Give No Clear Answer
I sent a shipment containing clothes with a total value of ₺5,000 via Sürat Kargo on 24 November. My cargo with tracking number 17820411156511 has been lost and despite the time that has passed, it has still not been found. When I contacted the Nazilli Sanayi branch, they told me to ask the Bursa Gürsu branch, and when I contacted the Bursa Gürsu branch, they redirected me back to the Nazilli Sanayi branch. Both branches keep referring me to each other and no concrete solution or information is provided about the fate of my shipment. I request that my package be urgently located and delivered to me. If the package cannot be found, I demand compensation for the full value of the contents, which is ₺5,000. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and for me to be informed in writing.
