LCW Coat Seam Tearing

On 28.09.2025, I purchased a pink LC Waikiki “MNT Cevher 5K” coat for my daughter (ages 5–6) from the LC Waikiki store at Vialand Mall. I had bought the same model the previous year and experienced tearing within a short time, after which LC Waikiki issued me a gift voucher equal to the product price; using that voucher, I bought the same model again. However, after approximately 2.5 months of use, this new coat also developed tearing at the seams, this time in a different area. I can see that this model is still being sold in stores in both green and pink. Experiencing similar tearing issues with the same model in two consecutive years clearly indicates a serious manufacturing and quality control problem, and I truly do not understand how such products pass final inspection. We are in the middle of winter, and due to this issue, I am forced to buy another coat from a different brand for around ₺2,000 in cold weather. For the second coat, I used a ₺1,300 gift voucher and additionally paid ₺500 by card. Because I have now experienced the same problem again, I no longer want a replacement or repair and am requesting a direct refund. I have the receipt. Due to this clearly recurring manufacturing defect, I request a full cash refund of the amount I paid, and I also expect this issue with the model to be investigated and, if necessary, the series to be recalled so that other consumers do not face the same negative experience.
We took the coat with my spouse to Forum Istanbul LCW, they were very helpful, and they instantly loaded the coat's value onto a gift card without sending it for inspection. They didn't cause me any trouble, thank you.
