LC Waikiki Sweater Shrunk After First Wash - No Exchange Given

On January 10, 2026, I purchased a collared sweater for ₺600 from the LC Waikiki store. After I washed the sweater in the washing machine in line with normal use, the product noticeably shrank and became unwearable. Due to this problem, I went back to the same store and requested an exchange. The cashier consulted the manager, and I was informed that an exchange would not be possible. In reaction to this, I left the sweater at the cash desk and left the store. I believe that consumers should have the right to return or exchange such a product within a week, especially when there is such a clear issue after the first wash, and this situation has seriously upset and disappointed me. I kindly request that this issue be reviewed, that my rights as a consumer be taken into account, and that my product be either exchanged or refunded, and that I be informed about the result.
