Unexpected Stitching Problems with Calvin Klein Coat
I purchased a Calvin Klein coat from Boyner store at Cepa Mall on November 15th. However, residing in Izmir, I opted for home delivery. The coat arrived promptly, but upon wearing it for the second time, I noticed stitching unraveling. Immediately realizing the issue, I visited Boyner store at Bornova Park. They informed me that the product is from the current season, only 21 days have passed, and if the item were with them, they would forward it to the brand. On the same day, I visited Boyner store at Bornova Point to speak with customer service, and they took the coat for inspection. I don't want a negative response after the inspection. Many complaints I've read involve unpleasant situations with the brand, leaving us customers in distress. In this situation, I demand either a ₺3,800 gift voucher from Boyner or a swift refund for the coat. If I can't wear this coat in the upcoming months, why did I spend so much money on it? At the moment, I feel victimized by the amount I paid.
