Last winter, I purchased a women’s down jacket from Lacoste. Since winters in Mersin are mild, I only got to wear it once before the weather warmed up. The jacket was stored in my closet, yet it started shedding feathers on its own without even being worn.
I reported the issue to Lacoste’s Mersin store, and I was told the jacket had a one-year exchange period. Since it was summer, I waited until the following winter to return it. However, when I brought it back, the store had temporarily closed for renovations. Once they reopened, I took the jacket in, only to be told the issue was due to "user error."
This is completely unacceptable, as the jacket was barely used, never washed, and was only dry-cleaned once. I have Lacoste products that have lasted for over 15 years, but this jacket has become unwearable due to the excessive feather shedding.
Lacoste, I demand a proper resolution! A barely worn jacket should not have these issues, and refusing my refund is unfair. Please stand behind your products and fix this immediately!
