LC Waikiki Boots Cracked After One Week Use - Manufacturing Defect Issue

Last year, a new season LC Waikiki brand pair of boots was gifted to me. I only started using the product this year when the weather got colder, and I have been wearing it for about one week since taking it out of the box. Despite this very short period of use, cracks have appeared on the toe area of both boots. It is clear from both the surface and the sole of the boots that they are almost unused, yet they have cracked in such a short time, which strongly suggests a manufacturing defect and a quality problem. Since the boots let in water in this condition, my feet get wet, and even though they were a gift, they were purchased for me to use, so their current state causes me serious inconvenience. At a time when purchasing power is so low, I cannot accept that LC Waikiki offers such a non-durable and defective product. I request that the product be considered within the scope of defective goods and that my demand for an exchange with a faultless, problem-free pair of boots with the same features be met.
