The North Face Boots Leaking Water Despite No Damage

I purchased The North Face boots, trusting their quality and durability for cold, snowy, and rainy weather. However, despite having no visible holes or damage, the right boot started leaking water from the sole.

If I had known this would happen, I would have chosen a more affordable brand instead of paying a premium price for supposed waterproof protection. The irony is that I specifically bought these boots to avoid this exact issue.

I expect The North Face to stand by its reputation and offer a solution for this defect. A waterproof boot should not leak! Please provide a repair, replacement, or refund—this is unacceptable for a high-quality brand!
