My Land Rover Discovery’s front windshield popped out before reaching 40,000 km, even though I never took the vehicle off-road—always stayed on pavement. Luckily, the glass was replaced within a week at the Istanbul service center. But now at 52,000 km, I faced a serious steering failure while driving slowly inside a complex—the steering wheel wouldn’t turn left or right at all. The car was towed to the service again, diagnosed with an electric steering box fault requiring a part shipped from the UK, which will take 1 to 1.5 months to arrive. I requested a replacement vehicle during this long wait, but was told none were available. After two weeks of empty promises and no updates, I’m frustrated and stuck without a car. Land Rover, please provide a solution and better support immediately.
