SVR Azelaic Acid Serum Caused Severe Irritation—No Response from Customer Support

I purchased the Laboratoire SVR Azelaic Acid Serum, expecting it to help with redness and breakouts. Instead, it caused severe irritation, intense redness, and left dark spots all over my face. Rather than reducing my comedones, it made them worse than ever.

I tried reaching out to SVR’s Instagram account multiple times, but they completely ignored me. It’s frustrating to see them resharing influencer posts nonstop, yet when a real customer has a complaint, they don’t even bother to respond.

This is unacceptable. If a product causes such severe reactions, the brand should acknowledge it and provide support. SVR needs to take customer concerns seriously instead of just catering to influencers!
