I purchased La Roche-Posay Mela B3 Serum today through Trendyol, and it was delivered to me about two hours ago. When I opened the product, I noticed that the serum had turned yellow and had a noticeably unpleasant smell. Because of this, I suspect that the product may be spoiled, and I do not feel comfortable applying it to my skin.
Even though I just received the product, finding it in this condition is concerning from a health perspective and has shaken my trust in both the brand and the seller. Since I want to use the product safely, I request that my order (#10996582811) be replaced with a new one or, if possible, that I be issued a refund.
