I placed an order through Trendyol (Order No: 10197402823, Return Code: 7260023930425285) for six skincare products from La Roche-Posay. However, I was shocked to receive items shipped from a completely different seller—not the official La Roche-Posay store I ordered from. To make things worse, I later noticed that the same seller had been offering the products at a cheaper price during the same period.
After using the product just once, I experienced serious skin irritation and damage. I immediately contacted Trendyol support to report the issue. They arranged for the products to be returned and tested, assuring me that documents would be shared—but I never received any paperwork or updates.
When the products were returned to me, I discovered that some of the containers were unsealed and filled with unknown substances. This raises significant concerns about product safety and authenticity. I have been trying to resolve this for weeks—connecting with over 30 Trendyol representatives—but all I received was “you’re right, pursue your legal rights.” No one has taken responsibility.
As of today, my return parcel is still sitting at home, unresolved. I demand that Trendyol and La Roche-Posay investigate this situation immediately, provide a full refund, and issue a formal explanation about what was sent to me. This situation poses serious health risks and is completely unacceptable.
