I purchased the La Roche-Posay acne skincare series and used it only 3-4 times, but it has severely irritated my skin. After applying the products, I developed a dark patch near my lips that is very noticeable and painful. Despite using a moisturizer, the irritation and discoloration have not gone away.
I have never experienced such a reaction from a skincare product before, and I am extremely disappointed. I trusted this brand because it is marketed as dermatologist-recommended, yet it has left my skin worse than before.
I need an urgent response from La Roche-Posay regarding this issue. Is this a known side effect, or is there something wrong with this batch? I expect a refund or a proper resolution as soon as possible.
