Hello, about a month ago, I purchased several La Roche-Posay products from a pharmacy after undergoing a skin analysis. Based on the analysis, these products were recommended as the most suitable for my skin. Despite the high cost, I decided to invest in them for my daily skincare routine, trusting the brand’s reputation.
However, after consistent use, I started experiencing severe dryness and eczema-like patches around my mouth. I also noticed dark discoloration developing in the same areas. I have not used any other skincare products during this period, so I am certain that the reaction is related to the La Roche-Posay products.
The expiration dates on the items are valid, so it is not an issue of expired products. I am extremely disappointed and concerned, especially after making such a significant financial investment. I trusted La Roche-Posay for the health of my skin, but instead, my skin condition has worsened.
I urgently request that La Roche-Posay investigate this issue, offer a solution, and ensure the safety and quality of their products. I expect a full review and appropriate compensation for the damage and distress caused.
