I bought two tubes of La Roche-Posay sunscreen on my doctor’s recommendation, trusting that it would be safe for sensitive skin. But just two days after using it, I experienced intense itching, burning, and raised bumps all over my face. I immediately stopped using it, but the reaction hasn’t gone away. My skin is still itchy and continues to flare up, leaving my face in terrible condition.
This was supposed to protect my skin, not harm it. One of the sunscreens hasn’t even been opened, and now I’m stuck with products I can’t use—and a damaged face I have to deal with.
I’m extremely disappointed in a brand that markets itself as dermatologist-recommended. If this is a reaction others are having too, why aren’t there better warnings or clearer ingredient disclosures?
La Roche-Posay, I expect compensation and a proper explanation. This was not a budget product—I paid good money (₺), followed medical advice, and now I can’t use what I bought. You need to take responsibility for how your products affect people and provide real support when something goes wrong.
