I’ve been using your sunscreens for a while now, always on my dermatologist’s recommendation. This is actually my third tube, purchased from a pharmacy in Moda, so I had full confidence in the product. But this time, I experienced severe side effects that make it completely unusable.
Shortly after applying this latest tube of sunscreen, my skin reacted with excessive oiliness, breakouts, and visible peeling. It felt completely different from the previous tubes I’ve used—something is clearly off with this batch. The texture, the result on my skin, and the side effects make me doubt its quality.
I tried to reach out through your customer service, but unfortunately, no one provided a helpful resolution. I’m now stuck with a product that damaged my skin and cost me ₺, with no path forward.
La Roche-Posay, I’m requesting an immediate investigation and a proper solution. If the product formula has changed or if there is a batch defect, I deserve to know. Please treat this issue seriously and take responsibility for your loyal customers’ concerns.
