I’ve always trusted La Roche-Posay and have been happy with their products, which is why I decided to try their water-based sunscreen for the first time. Unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed. After using it consistently for 10 days, my skin started reacting badly—it became red, itchy, and irritated.
I expected much better from a premium brand, especially considering how much I paid for this product (₺). If it were a low-cost product, I might have let it go, but at this price point, I feel completely let down.
I’m asking La Roche-Posay to take responsibility and provide a solution for this reaction. A product marketed as gentle and dermatologically tested should not harm sensitive skin. Please address this issue and offer a refund or exchange immediately.
