Parimatch Has Not Paid My ₹44,000 Withdrawal After 8 Months

I requested a withdrawal of ₹44,000 from my Parimatch account through IMPS transfer on 01/10/2025 to my Yes Bank account. However, even after 8 months, I still have not received the money in my bank account.

The withdrawal amount has never been credited to my Yes Bank account at any point. Because of this, I contacted Yes Bank directly to verify the transaction status, and the bank clearly informed me that no such IMPS transfer was ever received or sent to my account.

After receiving this confirmation from the bank, I repeatedly contacted Parimatch support and informed them about the situation. Unfortunately, for the last 8 months I have continued receiving the same generic response stating that their “experts are working on it,” without any actual progress, refund, transaction proof, or meaningful resolution.

Parimatch provided me with ticket ID 59773284 regarding this issue, but despite the long waiting period, the case still remains unresolved and my money is still missing.

This situation has caused me serious financial inconvenience and frustration because a large amount of my funds has effectively disappeared without proper explanation or support.

I request that Parimatch urgently resolve this matter by either immediately crediting the ₹44,000 to my Yes Bank account or refunding the full amount back to my Parimatch balance without any further delay. I also request a clear written explanation regarding what exactly happened to this transaction and why it has remained unresolved for such an extremely long period.
