I purchased a La Roche-Posay sunscreen from a licensed pharmacy, expecting premium quality because it’s a well-known and trusted brand. However, to my disappointment, the product changed color to a noticeable yellow in less than a month. I stored it properly, away from heat or direct sunlight, so there’s no reason this should have happened.
I’m truly upset about this. When I pay a premium price, I expect a stable, reliable product—not one that deteriorates so quickly. I feel misled by the brand's reputation. After experiencing this, I started looking around online and noticed I’m not the only one—others have reported the same issue.
This raises serious concerns about the product’s formulation or packaging quality. A sunscreen that degrades this fast may no longer be safe or effective, and that’s unacceptable from a dermatological brand like La Roche-Posay.
I demand an explanation and a refund or replacement. La Roche should urgently investigate this problem and offer a resolution to affected customers. Until then, I won’t be purchasing from this brand again—and I strongly advise others to double-check their product before use.
