I am writing to report a serious problem with my withdrawal from 1win via bank transfer. I am a VIP member at 1win (User ID: 89143***). On 05/05/2026, I requested a total withdrawal of 150,000 INR to my bank account. In my 1win account, the withdrawal status shows as successful, but the money has not been credited to my bank account. This issue is linked to three withdrawal application numbers, each for 50,000 INR: SPP-155826, SPP-155833, and SPP-155839, and bank UTR 651263578062. Despite the status appearing as completed, my bank balance has not changed and I have not received the funds. I contacted 1win support about this problem, but instead of giving a clear answer or solution, they kept going round in circles and I did not receive any real help or explanation. Meanwhile, a large amount of 150,000 INR is still missing for me. I request that 1win urgently investigates these transactions and immediately pays the 150,000 INR to my bank account, or provides a clear and verifiable solution so that I receive my money without any further delay.
