I Can't Withdraw My Wallet Amount From Melbet From My Options

I am using the Melbet mobile app in Hyderabad, India, and since 09/05/2026, I have been unable to withdraw my winnings from my wallet. The app does not allow me to withdraw my wallet amount through my preferred withdrawal options, and some of the available options cannot be used by me at all, so my money is effectively blocked in the account. I contacted Melbet customer support, but the answers I received did not match my actual problem and did not provide any workable solution for withdrawing my funds. I still cannot access my winnings even though they are clearly visible in my wallet balance. I kindly request that my account and wallet be reviewed and that I be allowed to withdraw my full winnings through a usable withdrawal method without any further delay, or that I receive a clear written explanation and a workable alternative that will allow me to access my funds.
