I ordered La Roche-Posay Cicaplast B5 from a seller and immediately requested an invoice, but I never received one. This raised my concerns about the authenticity of the product. The texture isn’t what I expected—it’s neither rich and thick nor watery, but somewhere in between, and it feels off compared to what I’ve used before.

On top of that, the packaging looks different from what was shown in the product listing. This has only added to my doubts.

How can I confirm whether this product is genuine or not? When there’s no invoice and the product doesn’t match its description, it’s hard to trust what I received.

La Roche-Posay, I’m asking for official guidance on how to verify the authenticity of this product. You should also ensure that authorized sellers always provide proper documentation and consistent packaging. Customers deserve to know they’re applying something real and safe to their skin.
