I recently purchased a La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5+ cream from a seller named Kozvit, but now I’m seriously questioning whether the product is authentic. I’ve tried to verify it using a batch or barcode, but there’s no way to check it—La Roche-Posay doesn’t seem to offer any online verification tool like many other reputable skincare brands do.

This lack of transparency is incredibly frustrating. I want to know what I’m applying to my skin—especially when it comes to products that promise healing or barrier repair. Without a way to authenticate it, I can’t trust that this is a genuine La Roche-Posay product, especially since I didn’t buy it directly from their website or a certified distributor.

La Roche-Posay, I’m asking for immediate assistance to verify this product. If you truly care about your customers’ safety and your brand’s reputation, you need to implement a public authentication system like other global skincare companies have. I deserve to know if the product I paid ₺ for is real or counterfeit. Please resolve this issue urgently.
