I just recently opened a gold account with Kuveyt Türk that doesn't earn interest. To my surprise, they charged a 4% fee they called a "storage fee" without telling me ahead of time. The bank took a big chunk of my gold as a fee, even though I trusted them to keep it safe. This high fee seems unfair, especially since I didn't know about it ahead of time. I wish I hadn't chosen Kuveyt Türk to store my gold because I think they are taking advantage of their customers. Anyone who is thinking about opening a gold account with them should really think about it. I think that Kuveyt Türk will look into these actions and give its customers a fair answer.
