Kuveyt Türk Caused Me to Lose in KZL and KUT Investment Funds
On October 22, 2024, at 16:52, I placed an order through Kuveyt Türk Mobile for transactions in the KZL and KUT investment funds. Although the funds were showing a profit at the time I placed the order, the transaction was completed at a loss. As a result, I suffered a loss of approximately ₺18,000. I also tried to reach customer service but couldn’t get through, so I received no support. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I believe it’s unfair. It’s unacceptable for the bank to mislead customers under the pretext of a “profit rate.” I have decided to close all my accounts and demand compensation for my loss.
