I recently encountered a problem with a cash deposit at the Istanbul/Pendik Alt Kaynarca PTT branch ATM with code 8706/53 on 11.11.2023. During the transaction, the ATM failed to complete a deposit of ₺5,000, refunding only ₺400 and leaving ₺4,600 unaccounted for. Despite reaching out to Kuveyt Türk Katılım Bankası, my bank, and initiating the necessary procedures, there has been no response, neither positive nor negative. Multiple attempts to resolve the issue have been fruitless, and as of 28.01.2024, a new complaint has been lodged. It's disheartening to see a lack of follow-up from Kuveyt Türk Bank, leaving its customers in distress. I wanted to share this experience to raise awareness among others who may be considering their services.
