Kuveyt Türk Referral Code Reward Not Deposited

On October 17, as part of Kuveyt Türk’s referral code campaign, I invited my relative H** Ş*** using the code tn979154. The person I referred completed all the campaign requirements without missing any steps, became a member, transferred money to their account, and made a ₺500 purchase. However, despite 19 days passing, the promised ₺500 reward has not been deposited into my account. During this period, I contacted customer service via mobile support, but I was not given any application or reference number, and no one got back to me. Even though all campaign conditions were fully met, my reward has not been paid, resulting in a financial loss of ₺500 as well as wasted time and effort. I expect the ₺500 reward I am entitled to under the campaign to be deposited into my account with IBAN number TR5600205**410600001 as soon as possible.
