Unable to Verify Identity on My KuCoin Account
The KuCoin family has experienced a situation where my assets suddenly disappeared for about 12 hours. I'm confused about how to solve this, and I really need help with it. Also, it's really annoying that customer support isn't offered in Turkish. It would be much better if we could deal with this language problem right away. I'm worried because I've noticed that there are fewer coins in my account. I'm really upset and I want to find a solution to this scary situation. I also want to make sure I get my stuff back. KuCoin needs to quickly help its Turkish-speaking users because the lack of Turkish support is making them even more frustrated.
