Unwanted Kraken Digital Subscription Charge

I was billed for a Kraken digital subscription that I didn't approve, and now it's showing up on my phone bill. When I reached out to customer service, they informed me that they were unable to cancel it and advised me to get in touch with the company I subscribed with. Unfortunately, there is no way to get in touch with this company. It's nearly impossible to get in touch with Kraken customer service.
I just can't wrap my head around how this happened. I've been seeing this charge on my bill for the past two months, and apparently it was made through mobile payments. I'd like to get a refund for this charge that I didn't authorize. I can't wrap my head around how my phone carrier let this transaction happen. If this matter is not resolved, I will take legal action. Also, I want a refund for the two charges that have already been applied.
