Bitay Didn’t Transfer My Withdrawal and Customer Service Is Unresponsive

I submitted a TL withdrawal request on Bitay’s crypto exchange, but the funds still haven’t shown up in my bank account, and there’s no transaction history indicating it was processed. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but it's been crickets on their end. This whole situation is just getting more frustrating by the minute. I'm stuck here, unable to cancel the transaction and try again, which puts me in a tough situation with no obvious solution. I thought I would get better support from a financial platform, particularly when it comes to my money. I'm really disappointed with the communication and support I've received. It's making me doubt whether I can trust Bitay's services.
